We started our journey in 2012 when a simple business idea took root – growing and selling fresh herbs. We rented a small 400 m² plot near Zbraslav in Prague, where we planted our first herbs and vegetables as a test. That first year, we experimented with a wide variety of herbs and tomatoes. We even planted a few chilli peppers in a makeshift greenhouse, more for fun than anything else. But when it came to basil, we sowed several different varieties, searching for the perfect flavor. That first season taught us a lot, including a few hard lessons. Unfortunately, we had our share of challenges – even thieves took an interest in our crops. But when autumn arrived, we proudly harvested our very first chilli peppers.
