    Hi, I’m Lukáš Zach, aka "Zachy." My journey into the world of hot sauces began in 2012, when I started growing my first herbs and vegetables on a small plot near Zbraslav. Those days were full of challenges and opportunities, which eventually led me to making authentic chili sauces loved not only by chili fans but also gourmets around the world. Unlucky Thirteen was born out of my desire to create a hot sauce that lights up every dish, while delivering a fiery but distinctive spicy experience. My goal is to offer quality products with a story—not just about heat, but also about flavor and the passion I put into each one.

    • Yellow Habanero chili (11%)
    • Dates (6%)

    • Carolina Reaper chili powder (2.2%)
    • Kikkoman soy sauce (water, soybeans, wheat, salt)
    • Red wine vinegar
    • Cinnamon & star anise broth (drinking water)
    • Worcester Lea & Perrins (malt vinegar from barley, spirit vinegar, molasses, sugar, salt, anchovies, tamarind extract, onion, garlic, spices, flavorings)
    • Chilli Trinidad Scorpion Moruga powder (1,1 %)
    • Apple cider vinegar
