We use premium San Savino extra virgin olive oil from Tuscany, blended with our own Trinidad Scorpion Moruga peppers, which we freeze-dry ourselves. Freeze-drying is a process that removes moisture in a vacuum at low temperatures, preserving the fresh taste and aroma of the chillies. The result is a bold, spicy oil that adds a whole new dimension to your dishes.
