Hi, I’m Lukáš Zach, but most people know me as Zachy. I started with a small patch of land in 2012, growing herbs and vegetables. Over the years, this passion evolved into creating authentic Italian pestos, like our sun-dried tomato and basil pesto. My goal has always been to bring real, authentic flavors to your table, combining tradition with innovation. Every jar is the result of hard work, passion, and a love for authentic taste, and I hope you’ll love it as much as I do.

42% Sun-Dried Tomatoes – Ripe tomatoes dried under the Italian sun for intense flavor.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil – The finest quality for a rich, smooth texture.
Parmigiano Reggiano DOP (24 months) and Pecorino Corsaro – Two traditional Italian cheeses with bold flavors.
